해산 및 채권 신고 공고
PUBLIC NOTICE ON DISSOLUTION
본 회사는 2019년 3월 29일 개최된 정기주주총회의 결의로 2019년 3월 29일자로 해산하였기에 본 회사에 대하여 채권이 있으신 분은 본 공고 게재 익일로부터 2개월내에 그 채권액을 신고하여 주시기 바랍니다. 만약 위 기일까지 신고가 없으면 청산에서 제외됩니다.
This Company dissolved as of March29, 2019, based on the resolution made at the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March29, 2019; and hereby request that any person who has claims against this Company shall report such claims to this Company within two months after a public notice has been placed on newspaper. If no report was made within the said period, such claims will be excluded from the liquidation procedures.
